My husband and I enjoy traveling all across the state of Minnesota,. In addition to visiting all 87 counties, another goal is to get our passport stamped all 67 state parks; we have been to 32 as of June 2016, from Blue Mounds in the southwest to Lake Bronson in the northwest to Judge Magney in the northeast to Forestville/Mystery Cave in the southeast.
My original intent was to visit everything in a certain county in one day or weekend, then write it all in one post neatly summarizing all there is to do and see. That quickly became overwhelming because there’s so much to see and do in any one county (and I am not a writer). So I decided to take the time to enjoy one park, one restaurant, a downtown district, a scenic byway, one museum at a time … without the pressure of needing to do everything all at once. This is my attempt to document these adventures.
